Kunstgemaal × Pride Photo
In celebration of WorldPride Amsterdam, Pride Photo and Kunstgemaal present a special print sale featuring works from Pride Photo’s physical archive, spanning 16 years of visual storytelling.
To mark this historic occasion, a curated selection of photographs has been drawn from the archive. Together, these works reflect key moments, voices, and perspectives from the Pride movement, while highlighting the richness and diversity of queer visual culture.
The collection brings together images of Pride marches, public gatherings, and expressions of collective identity. As a visual tribute to a movement shaped by visibility, solidarity, and self-expression, the photographs trace stories of resistance, resilience, and joy. They capture moments in which bodies, symbols, and public space come together to create a shared sense of belonging.
All works are original prints and will be available for purchase. Proceeds from each sale will be shared equally between the artist, Pride Photo, and Kunstgemaal, directly supporting the participating photographers and the continued development of both initiatives. Each print will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
This exhibition and print sale offers a unique opportunity to acquire a piece of Pride Photo’s history while contributing to the preservation and future of queer visual storytelling.
