Meret Eberl

Biography

Meret Eberl (she/her, b. 2000) is based in Berlin, Germany and works as a freelance photographer, and an assistant in the archive of Ute and Werner Mahler. 

Eberl’s work explores identity and social structures – the search for a place within oneself and society. She approaches this complex of themes through analogue portraits and still life photography. 
In 2023, she graduated from the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin. Her work has been exhibited in various group exhibitions in Germany, France and Switzerland, as well as festivals, such as the Queer Festival Heidelberg, and f-stop Festival, Leipzig.
