Dilys Ng is the Deputy Director of Photography at TIME , where she oversees and leads photography for many of the magazine’s most notable covers, including major projects like TIME100 and Person of the Year. Before joining TIME in 2016, she was part of the Singapore International Photography Festival team and ran an independent arts magazine in Singapore.
