Through exhibitions, workshops, and media engagement, we amplify LGBTQIA+ stories, challenge stereotypes, and promote inclusivity. Our national exhibition tour and local events spark meaningful conversations about LGBTQIA+ rights and visibility.
About the Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Production Coordinator & Project Manager to help bring our national exhibition tour and events to life. If you’re passionate about LGBTQIA+ rights, enjoy connecting with audiences, and thrive in a hands-on, dynamic role—this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
– Event and Exhibition Production & Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for municipalities and provinces.
- Oversee logistics and production coordination for the traveling exhibition.
- Organize and produce local events across the Netherlands
- Coordinate event logistics, liaising with venues, partners, and participants.
– Administrative & Coordination Support
- Support and management for general logistics and scheduling.
- Act as the first point of contact for photographers during contest periods. Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support.
What We’re Looking For
– Hands-on, structured, and highly organized.
– Proven experience in production and/or event coordination.
– Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
– Strong understanding of LGBTQIA+ issues, with a deep commitment to inclusivity and representation.
